1990 - Joins Homecare Providers Co-Operative (HPC).
1990 - Purchases the medical surgical distribution business of Family Medical of Jersey City, NJ.
1990 - Joins Independent Medical Coop (IMCO).
1986 - Formal creation of Rehabilitation Equipment & Homecare Division.
1983 - Expands for the second time increasing to 13,00 square feet, in West New York, NJ.
1975 - Joins Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA)
1973 - Acquires certain assets of Cosmevo Surgical of Paterson, NJ. A long time leader in medical / surgical
distribution, and opens a Paterson Branch.
1967 - David Shiffman joins the company as Vice-President & COO.
1963 - Company moves to a new larger location.
1962 - Howard Shiffman becomes President & CEO.
1952 - Incorporated in the state of New Jersey.
1948 - Relocates from original location to West New York, NJ.
1945 - Company founded by John J. Shiffman, in Union City, NJ.
