RETURN POLICY
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we will not be handling exchanges or accepting returns for safety reasons. In the case of a manufacturer’s defect, please email an explanation of the issue to cornell@cornellsurgical.com along with a photo.
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed at time of checkout. CornellSurgical.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Due to the nature of our products, their intended use and for the health and welfare of our customers. We do not accept returns. All Sales Final on CornellSurgical.com.
Returns will be accepted on items received by the customer in a defective and/or broken condition. All other sales are considered "FINAL". All requests for returns / exchanges that meet the above mentioned criteria must be made within 3 days of delivery.
No returns and/or exchanges will be accepted without prior approval and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
RA# can be obtained by emailing us the specific details to cornell@cornellsurgical.com.
The return shipping cost is the customers responsibility. We suggest a form of shipping that provides tracking and a signature.
All returns and/or exchanges must be in the products original packaging, and in new / unused condition.
All original package contents must be included.
Re-stocking charges up to 35% may apply for items not returned to us in new / unused condition or missing any portion of its package contents.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
