RETURN POLICY:

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. You have up to 5 days to return your item back to us for a refund, and up to 15 days for a partial refund.

What items can I return?

Any unwanted product must be returned within 5 days from when your CornellSurgical.com order was delivered for a full refund. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:

  • All Bathroom Safety, PPE, Stockings, Sterile Items, Boost Oxygen, and other personal care items are not returnable and can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • All Batteries are non-returnable.

  • Engraved items can't be returned.

  • Certain items with irreparable packaging can't be returned

How do I process a return?

If you would like to return an item, please send us an email as soon as possible at cornell@cornellsurgical.com . PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER or we can not assist you. Please see all information that should be included in your email:

  • Your Order Number #CSC-XXXX

  • Your Name associated with the order

  • Reason for return / exchange

All returns should be sent to 30 New Bridge Road, Bergenfield, NJ 07621. Please ensure that your return is shipped promptly and that both your name and order number are included on a piece of paper inside the box.

**Please note that the original shipping charge and package protection are non-refundable**

FAQ:

There is an issue with my order, what do I do?

If you need to file a claim for any broken, unreceived, incorrect, or damaged items, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our claim window is 5 days after delivery. If you report an issue with your order after the 5 day claim window, we can not assist you. Please check all packages as soon as they are delivered to ensure prompt claim filing.

My package hasn't arrived, is lost, stolen, etc. What should I do?

If you've received an email with your tracking number but haven't received your order yet, please check the tracking information on the UPS website. If the tracking status hasn't been updated, it's possible that your package hasn't left our facility yet. We ask for your patience as we work to ship your order as soon as possible.

If your tracking number shows as "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package:
Please check the tracking details on the UPS website to see where the package was left. If your package is missing, contact us immediately at cornell@cornellsurgical.com. Be sure to include your order number (#CSC-xxxx) in the email for faster assistance.

Does paying for Next Day Air affect my order’s processing time?

While selecting Next Day Air for shipping ensures your package will be delivered faster once it leaves our facility, it does not affect the processing or fulfillment time of your order. All orders require a standard processing time before they are shipped, regardless of the shipping method selected.

Please note that fulfillment time may vary depending on factors such as inventory availability and order volume. Once your order has been processed and shipped, choosing Next Day Air will ensure it arrives the next business day.

Custom Engraved Stethoscopes

Custom engraving adds a personal touch to your stethoscope, and we’re happy to provide this service. However, please keep in mind that custom engraving, along with the extra processing time required, may extend the fulfillment time of your order. Engraving and processing times can sometimes take a little longer than typical orders, so we kindly ask for your patience as we ensure everything is done perfectly.

If there’s an issue with your engraving or stethoscope color:
On rare occasions, errors may occur in the engraving or color of your stethoscope. If you receive an item with incorrect engraving or a color mismatch, please contact us immediately at cornell@cornellsurgical.com. Be sure to include your order number (#CSC-xxxx) so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, please be aware that the process can take a few business days to complete. Once your refund is approved, it may take some time for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Typically, refunds will be reflected within 3-5 business days, but it may vary.

My shipping label was created but hasn’t updated—what’s going on?

Once a shipping label is created, it means your order is being processed and prepared for shipment. Sometimes, we print labels in advance, but the package hasn’t yet been handed off to the carrier. This can result in a delay before tracking updates appear. Rest assured, your order is on its way soon—please be patient as it moves through the next steps!
