If you have any of these 3 unusual symptoms, you may have coronavirus
A study has found that you may actually have coronavirus if you have any of these unusual symptoms. These are the three symptoms.
Researchers from the University of Alberta's Department of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging reviewed 36 studies that were published between March 31, and July 15, 2020, and found that 18 percent of COVID patients experienced digestive symptoms. More specifically, 16% of coronavirus patients exclusively gastrointestinal symptoms.
It should be noted that most of the COVID-19 patients did also experience typical symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. A group also experienced other symptoms such as bowel inflammation, air in the bowel wall, and bowel perforation. Additionally, researchers note that while many COVID-19 patients did experience these strange symptoms, it's not confirmed that a COVID-19 infection is causing them.
Since the research has yet to be confirmed, researchers recommend that if you are experiencing any of these symptoms to go and get checked out by a medical professional, and get a COVID-19 test.
